The church commissioned Roman Kowal to design contemporary interpretations of Eastern Church subjects. Kowal designed interiors for many Ukrainian churches, but had never designed stained glass. The Rault studio of France, which created at least twenty installations in Regina from 1951 to 1985, executed the windows.
