The church at St Claude was designed by Etienne Gaboury of St Boniface in 1964. The modernist stained glass was also designed by Gaboury. It was executed by Westmacott Art Glass Studios of Winnipeg from Gaboury’s templates. The architect strives to create subtlety in his use of symbols, and to connect them within a larger theme. The colours and shades in the glass suggest certain areas of spiritual and physical life.
