Dalle de verre, 2cm thickĀ (1 inch), is 4 times heavier than ordinary stained glass. While other studios set dalle in a cement matrix, the Raults insisted on using standard lead cames, allowing the faceted edges to reveal their full depth, and to refract the maximum amount of light.
