INCA collection

The blue icebergs place this scene in Canada’s far North, where most of the Christian churches are Anglican, a result of early voyages by British explorers  such as Baffin, Frobisher and Henry Hudson.

Frederic Rault had taken over his father Andre’s studio in Rennes in 1977, and these were among his first windows. He also did the much larger installation at Assumption Cathedral in Gravelbourg SK in this period.
