Poor Napoleon Theodore Lyon! The plaque has both his intitials and the spelling of his name wrong. More significantly, the plaque gives the date of the English Reformation as after 1642. In fact, the Reformation was undertaken by Henry VIII, who died a century earlier in 1547. It is highly doubtful that the fine West Window was made more than 350 years ago as stated here. It was more likely made in England in the late 1800s.
