In the early 1950s this neo-Romanesque cathedral witnessed the beginnings of the Rault Studio’s extensive work in Western Canada. By 1987 over fifty Rault installations had been completed in the West. Rault windows are found in each of the four western Canadian provinces, Yellowknife and Whitehorse in the North, and in several American states, all stemming from the reputation of the studio’s program of 43 windows at Holy Rosary. There are also more than 40 Rault installations in Quebec, with several more in Ontario and New Brunswick.
