Based on a Christ in Chartres Cathedral, this work was called “the greatest window in Canada” by the exuberant Pere Murray. And a fine window it is, based on the Raults’ studied familiarity with the famous medieval glass at Chartres. This window is a companion in style to the Raults’ Madonna and Child in the church. The Christ window is one of four in the Tower of God, two of them by Rault.
